We chose that option, and are very glad that we did! The crew worked fast doing the complete project in one day. We purchased a fixer upper in New Braunfels that we intend to use as a rental property. We had a general vision of what we wanted to do, but Keith really brought that vision to life! We were trying to do things on the cheap side like keep existing cabinets and counters. Keith talked us into replacing all that, and we are thrilled that we did! The kitchen and bathrooms look amazing! But, the crown jewel of the project was converting a loft into a third bedroom! To accomplish that we needed an egress window. Instead of building out a traditional dormer with a window, Keith found an egress skylight that qualifies as the egress window! Saved us a ton of money! The bedroom addition is incredible! Throughout the project, Keith has had an open ear and has bent over backwards to make things happen in a timely manner. We will definitely use Boomerang Building & Repairs for any future projects!

I asked Boomerang to dismantle and remove a damaged screened in porch, replace 5 interior doors, and repair a shoddy tape and float job in a bathroom. They did exactly what I asked, quickly and professionally and it was a very positive experience. They’re great and I recommend them highly!

Will be the guy I call for any Construction, Remodeling or Repair work needed around my house. Keith fixed a small leak on my roof which took him about 30 minutes. Didn’t even charge me (I gave him money anyways)!! Showed up on time, quickly figured out what was wrong and correctly repaired it. You can’t ask for more than that. One of the most professional guys I’ve done business with lately.

After hailstorm in April, I called 2 roofers to give me estimate. Since I didn’t have insurance I only wanted a repair if I could not a whole roof replaced. Mr. De Luca came and gave me an estimate for roof repair. Once I had it saved, I called him, he came out in 2 business days, ready to work. Before tearing into the roof tho, he checked out the attic and discovered most of my problem came from a critter habitation. He did take care of my roof repair, charged me less than the estimate and was done in a day. I appreciate his honesty and good customer service. I will use his company again on other projects.

Mr. De Luca was very prompt in providing estimate after his survey of roof leak. I accepted his proposal and he repaired the roof problem as he specified he would, and well within time frame he said he needed. I certainly will use his service again if ever a need arises!
